(ii) Returned merchandise and Refund policy,

At Horizon Global Learning Network, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences and services to our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Please review the following guidelines regarding our refund policy:

  • Course Enrollment: Refunds for course enrollment fees will be considered within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided that the request meets the criteria outlined below.
  • Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the terms of the membership agreement.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course materials or participating in live sessions, we will investigate the issue and may provide a refund if we are unable to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
  • Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the course content or delivery, please contact our support team to discuss your concerns. Refunds may be granted at our discretion if we determine that the course did not meet our advertised standards.
  • Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course or membership, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the timing of your request and any applicable cancellation fees.

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 3 business days to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or bank account, depending on your financial institution.
