Mary, equipped with licensure in Middle School Science and High School Biology and eight years of diverse educational experience, graduated from NC State University with a Bachelor of Science in Plant Biology. With roles ranging from STEM coach to 6th grade science teacher, Mary’s passion for real-world learning and STEM education shines through her leadership of a dynamic STEM and Robotics Club. She not only fosters student engagement but also shares best practices with fellow educators to promote project-based learning. Emphasizing the importance of authentic connections, creativity, and soft skill development, Mary is dedicated to creating inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive. Currently, Mary is available to support clients seeking middle and high school academic coaching in the area of science.
